Cellulose is the biggest source of organic raw materials in the World with 700 billion tons. 200 million tons are converted every year into mostly paper like applications. The specialty cellulose industry represents only 2.5% of the entire processed cellulose spectrum. These specialty cellulose products are used in many end consumer products quite different than the typical paper, tissue or packaging applications.

The specialty industry has been recently getting the attention of all cellulose players as its financial performance significantly improved and the growth prospects are attractive.

CelCo mission is to contribute to the development of Cellulose usage in the manufacturing of multiple consumer goods such as viscose textile, acetate plastics, pharmaceutical or food products and many other end consumer goods.

Through its international network, CelCo provides consulting services across the world. For more information, please contact info@celco.ch
